This is a very special Italian menu.  Most of it can be made ahead, so you really can be a guest at your own party. I make the salad easy with Spring Mix, which includes an assortment of popular Italian greens.

 The chicken breasts are a little involved, but once I show you how, you can wow your guests with them. For me, the best part, aside from how attractive and tasty they are, is that they can be entirely made ahead and baked last minute.

 The caramel and coffee flavors in the Panna Cotta set it apart from any you’ve ever tasted. They are the perfect finale for a luscious meal.
