Summertime Sizzle
The warmth of summer sun is upon us, so I’ve devised a menu that won’t heat up the kitchen. I recently made the salmon recipe for a friend’s birthday party for 24 people. The recipe is so easy that making the sauce and pouring it over the salmon in casseroles worked perfectly---and it bakes in 15 minutes. The only complaint, everyone wanted seconds, which I wasn’t prepared for.
I will discuss the different type of salmon and what to look for when purchasing.
